Reduce diagram size for copying to clipboard

Hi, newbie question: How can I reduce the diagram size when I copy the diagram to clipboard. At the moment I have a lot of space between my elements and the right border of the diagram frame. I assume the reason is a changed diagram layout. But I did not find any possibility to reduce the diagram size.

You could try to resize it with; Diagram -> Properties -> Diagram -> Page Setup and then scale it in the Advanced section to whatever size you want .

Thanks for the reply, but this does not help. There is still too much space between my elements and the diagram frame.
What I am missing is to adjust the diagram size to fit exactly around my elements.

One thing you CAN do is export the diagram as a GIF or BMP ( I think you right - click on the diagram and there is a "Save Drawing" icon)

 Then, open the diagram using MS paint and crop the borders to your liking

This is what I am doing now, but it is not satisfying to me. I would like to avoid manual editing of the image. Furthermore for a better quality I would like to have the diagram in metafile format.

It should just be working.  Unless you have swimlanes etc, in which case they will contribute to the size of the resulting diagram.

Another possibility is a hidden element of some sort further out.  Try the pan and zoom window for an overview of where elements exist.

Finally, if you select a set of elements and copy, it will include only those elements (with a bounding rect only around them) to the clipboard.
