Why do my issues not show up
« on: September 18, 2009, 01:01:30 am »
Hi,
I have created a Business data Model using InformationItems as the elements.  I have also created some issues on this same diagram that are linked to one or more information items.

I was expecting these issues to show up in the Project Issues report but they don't - ideas?

Thanks

You have created Issue elements, the purpose of which is to identify a failure to meet specific requirements. These elements can be connected to the model elements in or through which that failure arises.

The Project Issues report collates system issues that are not directly related to model elements. These are issues that affect the progress of the project, such as resourcing, client involvement, problems with hardware or systems, training etc. You define these issues in the Project Issues tab of the Systems window.

Look up Project    Issues and Issue (Defect) in the Help index.
Best Regards, Roy
