Unable to find the Toolbox

I tried all the ways to get displayed with the Toolbox and i am not able to find the toolbox windows displayed.

I used all the shortcut keys Alt+5 or from the icon in the workspace view.

As with all disappearing windows in EA the first thing you should try is change the visual layout to something else (Iconix or so) and then change it back to default via
View/Visual Layouts

I was able to find all the tools.
