Associating Generated Code With Class Operations
« on: February 20, 2010, 07:39:41 am »
I am evaluating the Ultimate Edition of Enterprise Architect and am attempting to generate code from a set of sequence diagrams.  I have been successful generating the code but have had to "cheat" on a few occasions in order to get the code to compile.

My question is:
Is it possible to associate code generated from a sequence diagram with an operation defined in a class?

the feature you've requested was introduced in 8.0(beta), where you can choose the interaction(or activity) as the behavior of a class operation. This will set the operation as the specification of the Interaction(or Activity).

Thank you for your response, unfortunately it appears that I cannot download the beta release as I am only evaluating enterprise architect and have not yet purchased it.  Is there an expected release date for enterprise architect 8.0?
