Audit View and Oracle Database

Please share your thoughts on using the Audit View.  The project is deployed on an Oracle database.  I had heard rumblings of the audit view blowing out the size of the Oracle database because it was recording everything.  Looking to explore my options.

There are options to play with in the audit view to select what kind of actions should be logged.
I believe indeed that if you select everything the size of the database will grow pretty quick.
