Change control against industry standard model
« on: March 18, 2011, 02:30:41 am »
Hello,

I am trying to understand if it is possible to convert the TMF Frameworx SID RSM/RSA model with every new release from the SID team. The SID team is currently using RSM but will be moving to RSA. They have the SID RSX model under svn change control so that they can support branching and merging to create the latest version of the SID model.

How can this be supported in EA? Assume that I imported SID v9 into EA. I then created models in EA that referenced the SID v9 model.

Now there is a new SID v9.5 RSX version available. How do I get the SID v9.5 changes into the SID v9.0 model that is already in EA? The solution must preserve the modeling work done against the SID v9 already in EA.

Kind Regards,
Cliff
