Multiple versions

I want to download and evaluate the v9 trial.
I am currently running v8.
Can i install the v9 trial sisde by side with the existing or will things break horribly?

Rename you program files folder (C:\Program Files\Sparx Systems\EA) before installing the next version.
When you're done testing you can go back to the original by renaming it again.

The trial version of EA is installed in a different folder to the full version, but it will steal its desktop shortcut. If you rename the shortcut before installing the trial, you should be OK.

Note that if you have trialled an earlier version of EA on the same machine more than 30 days ago you will be told your trial period has expired. Our sales department should be able to sort you out with an extension key. Just drop them an e-mail: [email protected]

Thanks for prompt responses. It's the trial version, so i'll just install it. Losing the shortcut is no wobble
