EA alerts an external program about changes

i am writing some code in Java using eaapi.jar .
is there a functionality which makes EA alert me for every change that has been made in the models?

Unfortunately, not for Java.

You can for anything that can be called by COM.

To this point, are there any existing add-ins that can send an email to subscibers when the model changes in some way?
