How to add an image in a community resource

While editing a community resource I want to insert an image.

I got to the tab Image, choose the file and define a caption. But how can I get the image into my text. There is an image button. I have to enter a URL. What URL? The name of the image file?

 I'm a little bit confused because I remember that in the past it was an easy task.

 I don't find any help.
