Document filters - element filters
« on: November 19, 2013, 06:02:43 am »
Hi

In an RTF report, i have few Business Processes (with the business process icon) and few sub processes.

How to apply element filters so that the details of business processes and subprocesses are only displayed?

If i use ELEMENT in the rtf report, it is also showing details of events, lanes, pools etc. so how and what filter to apply for displaying the business process and subprocess properties.

Thanks
KN

In your RTF template (that is open the RTF template in the editor)

1) Right-click in blank area of the template
2) Choose File > Document Options... from the menu
3) Click the button All located under the list entitled "Exclude details for"
4) Click on Activity
5) Click on OK

Run you template, now only Activity elements should be displayed.

Cheers
