Let's see if I can earn my 20 reputation points to be able to talk there  :D So far I was just searching SO for this and that...

q.
That shouldn't be too hard. I earned about 400 in a week.

Geert

@Geert Well, to be fair. I've been pushing you a bit, to pick up these bounty rep points with a lost account 8-) ...

Best regards,
Günther

@qwerty
We could find some agreement on sharing rep, e.g. via bounty worth questions you find. It doesn't debt on $ you give me, you may find other forms.

Besides all of that particular stuff: I will take care of Questions and Answers on SO carrying the [entrprise-architect] tag. I'll certainly upvote and encourage Questions or Answers given by users, that are disclosed, and have a high reputation on this forum already.
Though you certainly should meet the basic policies for SE/StackOverflow  posts.

If you'd like to have some loose discussion, upon a question or answer post, or what you could post under the tag, please use the mentioned chat-room.

Cool thing to have a sticky topic here BTW. _YaBB(a)_  just confirmed and told me, it's easy to do so, and it's not really further rated as being seen pushed (bumped), or in search.

True thanks for that, but I got about as much rep from answering new questions as well.

Of course, and you deserved so. I didn't mean to diminish your values.
It was just to explain to @qwerty, what's going on.

Best regards,
Günther

As I said: Geert did not leave me much chances to answer a question ;-) Eventually I'll stroll by an see if there's a bone for me.

Too bad. There's also a group on Google and one on LinkedIn. So should I monitor all those groups? It's a real shame that Sparx neglects its forum. Its a real USP but they don't see it.

After using SO for a while actively - that is not only looking for answers in the past but also writing answers myself - I can say: thanks! Now that I can vote for Q/A it feels much better. A bit like in the past days of the EA forum where you got your merits quite (too) easily. While this forum buries its answers rather securely, SO offers a good way to query. And you're feeling involved. Just dreaming: seeing the haystack here thrown over to SO so people can find answers more easily.

With EA 12 coming along with chrome plated grease nipples and double reverse
 overhead twin cam door handles
(this of course is an Aussie reference),
perhaps it's time this forum too was given a makeover (read total software replacement) and we too got "twin overhead foxtails"

Didn't you know that if you improve one thing you have to take it from another one?
