Manual XMI Version Control
« on: November 21, 2014, 04:24:13 pm »
So, as the title suggests, I am trying to set up manual XMI version control and am having problems. Firstly, I am running EA 9.3 under wine on Ubuntu Linux 12.04.
I right click on the package I want to control and select Package Control | Configure... Then I select the Control Package checkbox and select the XMI filename in the same folder as the model. Then I click ok.
I then save the package to the XMI file by selecting Package Control | Save package to file. I then try to load it into the model without making any changes and EA crashes every time. I have tried this on a couple of packages in my model and am not sure what the problem is.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Vangelis

I guess you should report a bug (bottom right of this page). Simply refer to this thread.
