Auto Layout to respect boundaries

Hi Sparx,
probably this one is not too easy but rather a challenge. When using auto layout, all elements within a boundary should be layed out within that frame. Others outside vice versa should be layed out at the outside of the boundary. As elements inside a boundary are dragged together with the boundary I suspect a relation is already present.

Not really a must - more a nice to have
