Issues Report dialog needs Closed filter

Or even Status filter.

Currently the RTF report shows all issues regardless of status, even though you can filter the list in the dialog.

Oh yes, and the dialog button naming should be consistent with the Documentation - RTF report dialog.

Should be (Report) 'Create' and 'View' rather than 'Report' and 'View RTF' - don't you think ?
