Feature Change: Ctrl+Scroll Wheel Behavior

The scroll wheeling zooming is very important when browsing  large class diagrams.

Unfortunately....When zooming using ctrl+scroll wheel, Enterprise Architect zooms at center of the screen and not at the mouse location. I hope you will change this...  :-)

Just so you know, it's not quite the behaviour you're requesting, but if you have one or more elements selected and you zoom then EA zooms to them.
