Reverse Engineering and Encoding

hi
i try to reverse enginnering a system but i don't successful, and the EA shows error message with encoding error. but i successful for reverse engineering the EXO software {the system that developed with java}.
i set "code page for source editing:" to utf-8 but i don't successful.
can you help me for this problem?
