WHY EA IS THE WORST BUISNESS COMPANY EVER.
« on: June 24, 2008, 05:12:44 pm »
You can probably tell by my name screen name that i think Ea is the stupidest company ever, and the reason for this is their continual dropping of pc games. the only pc sports game is now is nhl 09. see ea feels the pc market is not useful to them but a smart buisness person would see that almost everyone in north aerica owns at least one pc. They claim the reason for dropping great labels like madden 09, nba 09 and completely stopping the baseball series is due to a lack of sales, but thats what happens when you are the only choice for pc consumers and you keep giving them the same garbage you give every year. You do minimal effort to improve the pc games and expect them to sell. instead they make 60 dollar games for the ps3 might i add is garbage compared to my pc. it is a lot easier for people to buy a 150 dollar grapics card that last for 3 or 4 years than a ps3 that last for 2 years. My only advice to ea is that from a buisness stand point, they could be making millions more than they are making now if they put a little more effort into improving the pc games. take it to the next level with next gen gamin, set a standard for pc's just for one year and you will be counting more dollars from :) larger based worldwide market than the company has ever recorded. anyone willing to challenge me on this is free to do so and i will gladly prove you wrong.

Unfortunatley at Sparx Systems (see URL and header graphics) our influence on the management and marketing decisions of Electronic Arts is minimal. However if you do have a suggestion for our software Enterprise Architect (EA), we would be more than happy to hear from you.
Best Regards,

Michael

I think this is a cry out for Sparx to overtake Electronic Arts and make it work properly!
I suggest you take it seriusly and begin to check EAs stack value, or maybe you should offer them EA so they can model their games better... ;D ;D ;D

Seriusly, I think this is one of the gratest post I've ever seen!!

Hi,

That is very intelligent post, I must admit. Very smart approach to present Electronic Arts in bad light. The person probably registered on many computer oriented forums and did the same thing.

Posting it here intrigues a lot of users of Enterprise Architect (due to similar name abrev. convention). The person gets interest from many computer users, and his effort of presenting Electronic Arts intensifies. At the same time Enterprise Architect is not harmed at all.  ;)

Totus ego volo eram res ut vere opus

All I wish really happened? All   I wish was done?

I probably get it wrong since I'm using my spanish (not latin) to try and understand it. what does it mean?

All I want is "something"* that actually works.

* For some reason I cant find the Latin for "software".  :-/

That make sense bruce...

As long as you keep looking for something that really works, you're unlikely to find software.

For those of us who do a lot of modeling it would have to be a big mac.

I can't bear the thought.

There is something ironic in this having become a Hot Topic thread ...
