Embed glossary links in text

Is there anyway to embed links to Glossary Entries within the text of a requirement.

For example:

Glossary entry: Customer - a business entity that borrows funds from the Bank for which payment will be made to the Bank.

Requirement Entry: The Customer is a business entity, not a person.

In this case, I would like to be able to select the word 'Customer' in the Requirement Entry and have it linked to the Glossary Entry.
