Object Link Properties, Link Name Column
« on: April 29, 2009, 09:52:54 pm »
Is there a way to add this functionality?:

The way we are using the tool, it would make it quite a bit easier if we could see this information. Or at least be able to toggle what type of information we want to see.

Do you mean you just want to see the link name displayed here (or somewhere in a list)?

Strangely, this seems to be difficult to do, except in the properties dialog of individual connectors.

But you can get additional information about links. Look up the Relationships window. It is not displayed by default, but once you turn it on it should display in future sessions.

Yes I would like to see all of the columns that are already in the 'links' tab, and ALSO the name of the link without having to open the dialog on the right.

You mentioned a new dialog I might be able to use? I'm not sure where to find that.

Im looking for this information about elements on the diagram, not packages.

For instance and activity element can have many dependencies, I would like to see the label name of those dependencies.
