Now that we have a calendar available can we go towards using EA within a SCRUM project? SCRUM and AGILE is getting more and more used and EA is less used because all those diagrams are hard to make ... they do not know EA. Now I am stuck with a large collection of WORD and EXCELL files within SHAREPOINT where I know that the database repository of EA will also do the job. The big argument I am not am allowed to use EA is because the is no planboard within EA and they can not see the BurnRate of tasks.
We can already administrate tasks so we need a planbord for tasks.

I think EA is already administration all the necessary details so all I need is a BurnRate Chart and a Task Planner board and EA is ready for a SCRUM/AGILE project and I do not have to use VISIO for making activity diagrams ...
