.PDF/.DOC(x) support for document based creation

As pointed out here... http://stackoverflow.com/questions/13232467/is-it-possible-to-do-document-based-artifact-creation-from-a-pdf-file-in-enter/13250013#13250013  ...it would be really great to see support for several more industry standard file formats for document based artifact creation.

Orthogonality rules

Thanks for your reply. While I think that one is closely related I am not sure if it is 100% the same issue.

I attached a screenshot. IMO that should work with PDF and DOC(X), too; this exceeds the mere improvement of having them imported as linked documents.
