User Stories in EA that allow for relationships
« on: November 16, 2013, 12:10:34 am »
This is not really a system  limitation, but more a suggestion and a question. I love EA, but I was wondering how to tie user stories (I have the scrum extension) to UML so I can generate UML diagrams (Sequence, Activity, etc.). I can do BPMN flows, but other UML diagrams that are generated by relationships between user stories and process steps is missing with User Stories.

I have the add on, but I think this tool extension is a user interface tool to add the stories and sprints to a backlog to generate the scrum related graphs, but there is no connectivity for realizations,  extends, etc.

I want to add user stories to an EA project, but does anyone have any guidance or suggestions on how to add user stories into EA so I can get the related UML diagrams and not simply a CSV document as an attachment.

User Story  = Business Requirement
Acceptance Criteria = Functional Requirement

If this does not exist, please build in user stories so your app can allow for UML and non UML projects to be included and mapped.
