Firebird and Database Builder EA 12.1

Hi,

I tried Database Builder for Firebird. I got some issues:

1. With DB connection of type Firebird the connection doesn't run and there was no error in dberr.txt
Error: An error occured while connecting to ODBC, please check the settings (there are no settings)
If I use odbc it works just fine

2. If I compare Firebird database with EA model I get differences
EA: Characterset+Collation: none
ODBC: Characterset+Collation: UTF8

I can't see any possibility to set Characterset+Collation in EA.


Has someone experience with Firebird and EA Database Builder?
