Trial License Question - Original Version recovery

Hi

Not sure who to turn to as the Sparx contact email has been unresponsive to my question. So here goes:

a) I have recently installed a trial version of Enterprise Architect Ultimate V12.xxxx.

It has overwritten my existing version 10.XXX install.

Now if I want to revert back to to my previous version after the evaluation period, what do I do as there are only 2 options to either buy or continue trial.

b) Secondly, I was hoping I could be put in touch with someone that can talk me through the options for upgrading the version that is installed on the machines in my organisation. 

There are no clear guidelines for an upgrade. 

I would greatly appreciate your help in helping me answer these questions.

a) uninstall v12 and re-install v10 from the downloaded installer. If you have payed your renewal fee's you still have access to the registered section of the website where you can download the installer for any previous version.

b) upgrading is as simple as running the msi and clicking next-next-finish. Nothing more involved. Your current license is also valid for v12 as long as you pay the renewal fee to download the latest version.

Did check my spam folder as you suggested but no joy.

I'll continue my evaluation until the trial expires and see how it goes from there.
