Hello,
        it is possible to write a template with condition (for example if .. then.. or similar) for generate documentation ?

I want change a color in a document where the value depend by the content of a field of the properties of an element (the filed is: status)

No that is not possible

If you try this write a word plugin that do this for you and transform the file if its opened in word or what you use as office tool
