When I export some package (Not all) the diagram is not exported, I think I'm not give you enough details of the question, but ....what I need to send you to be more clearer.

Check the diagram properties / General / Exclude Image (bottom center).

Yes, I meant that one. Is it the same diagrams all time that get not exported? Or is it some "random" ones which are missing?

It is the same diagrams all time, the first two diagram are showed, but the rest not

Hmm. What you can do is to run a consistency check: Project/Data Management/Project Integrity

If that does not help, you should contact Sparx support directly.

P.S. to temporarily shape files you could use Dropbox. But I can't help here to much as I'm not using EA's doc gen too much.

Is the diagrams you generate are same of types?

Kindly check Exclude Filter of your custom template have you excluded any type of diagrams?. If possible share it in a location and DM. I will help you to solve this.

Just let the integrity check run (despite the scary warnings it issues). I don't think those are the cause for your problems.

Hello Juan,
You can fix
In your template uncheck the digram section and define it again.
First I tried the template you gave it doesnt work. Then it unchecked the diagram section and added only the {Diagram.DiagramImg} within diagram. Add the template generates the diagrams.

Redefine the diagram section will fix this. Hope this will solve the issue.

Yes, that fix the problem, but now I have another, see the picture please.

I can't delete: "[right-click-to-insert-Diagram-field(s)]"

I can't delete that line, The EA show an alert message that said "Text Protection Error".

I could to generate the template again but this could take a long time with other type of templates, What is the cause of the problem? To solve this more quickly

Looks like the text protection (and font style) associated with the section markers has been applied to other text for some reason.

Look at http://sparxsystems.com/enterprise_architect_user_guide/13.0/modeling_tools/protect_document_contents.html

It describes how to add protection, but the process is identical to remove protection.
