View roles notes in organizational chart

Hi everyone.

I'd like to view roles notes within an organizational chart (see: http://www.sparxsystems.com/enterprise_architect_user_guide/12.1/business_engineering/org_chart.html).

When I try to activate it from "Properties" > "Elements", nothing changes

Hello,

What are you trying to modify here?
To modify the name of elements when you drag and drop the pattern to diagram.
Uncheck the the option "Use Auto Names" Then try to rename elements.

Once the diagram is created then you can modify/add notes for each roles.

No, what I'm trying to do is make the Role notes visible within an organizational chart.

Most diagrams offer this feature (UML diagrams for instance), a few don't.

Correct me If I'm wrong. What you mean is the element notes are not visible in the diagram? Am I right?

Yes it is not showing the roles notes on diagram because of its stereotype. If you remove the stereotype "OC_Role. Then it will display the notes.

Removing the stereotype has no effect on note display

Not sure what went wrong. I tried this in EA 13 it worked when i removed the stereotype.
