Sysml 1.5 ibd broken in EA14

Its impossible to draw an internal blockdiagram including ports over more than one layer.

The ports of the contained property are shown in Interaction points, are selectable, but they dont show up in the diagram.
i remember i already managed to get this working in 13.5, but no chance in 14.

Is this a bug or a design decision?
