Hello

I'm using EA 14 (build 1422) (Unified  Ed) and Pro Cloud Server Express  with a firebird repository.

The repository was first created locally, and then transfered onto the Windows maching hosting the Pro Cloud server.

Each time I try to create a new element in the model,, such as for instance a package, I get an error

 "Sparx System Cloud Services [4] - unable to serialize recordset to file"

Although the element is indeed created in the model, this is very painful as you have to acknowlegde the alert box for each element.

i'm unable to find logs on the server (the server does not write logs - that's another issue).

Thanks in advance

Hello

Reinstalling the cloud server solved the problem.

The logs are back too.

Sometimes the paths are not correct set and then it helps to either create new ones or set correct ones. (Issue seems to be %SERVICE_PATH% or \ vs \\?)

Default settings in SSCloudServices.config
TEMP_DIRECTORY=%SERVICE_PATH%\Temp
LOGGING_DIRECTORY=%SERVICE_PATH%\Logs

so the correct paths should be:
1.)   [..]\cloud services\services\temp
2.)   [..]\cloud services\services\logs

but it is:
1.)   [..]\cloud services\servicestemp
2.)   [..]\cloud services\serviceslogs

Hope that helps everybody with that issue.
