can't clone element

Since a few weeks we are using version 13.5 corporate edition at our company. We work with eap-files.

I can clone diagrams that works fine, but when I clone a package I get an empty new version and when I try to clone an element I can't choose that option is greyed out. (explains why I get an empty new package when cloning it).

Is it because of the edition or because we use eap-files or is there something else wrong?

Use the context menu options Copy/Paste in the project browser.

I tried but I can't choose it from the context menu because it is grey

Maybe the target is locked?

I don't think so, but being on holiday now I can't check it until over 14 days.
