EA Connector for JIRA and quotation marks.

When I try to export an item with such - "" quotes , EA throws an error. But when I use these -  «», it's all right. This problem is JIRA, EA, or connector?
Also, it this a way to add «» in EA?

I'm guessing that this is an issue with the connector not properly escaping the quotes.

Misspell, my bad.  When I work in word i have two type of quotes, these quotes «» are put by themselves (by replacing ""), beacuse of my language, but in EA there are only such "".

I don't think EA does something like that automagically.

Whenever i need them I use Alt+174 for « and Alt+175 for »

Oh, thanks! But I think it will be difficult for people to type this combination instead of a pair of keys.

You can always send in a feature request to automatically change regular quotes into «» depending on some kind of setting?
It should not be based on the language of Windows, or the regional settings, because that will cause issues for other users who want to keep the regular quotes.
