URGENT => need help for the Diagram HyperLinks

Hello
I'm working on Word Automation in C# and i need to obtain the details about the diagrams linked via the diagram hyperlinks. How is it possible to obtain the diagram id of the diagram hyperlink? I have been searching over this for past 2 days and i'm desperate. any help could be appreciated....
