(BUG) EA v. 14.1.1427 -- cannot publish a package as a UML profile?

I cannot find how to publish a package as a UML profile  in EA v. 14.1.1427
I have tried:
Select a UML profile package in project broser
Then I go to ribbon: Specialize / Publish
But only gives me an option of: Publish Diagram as UML Profile (not a package)
I tried it, of course – but it actually does only save the diagram as a profile

I also tried the command search and opened the Save UML Profile window – but same result

In EA 14.0.1423 it worked (although, as Geert Bellekens told me, I had to have a diagram open )

Has anyone of you succeeded in saving a package as UML profile in EA v. 14.1.1427?

It's a bug.
It only works in the unified edition or higher.
Should be fixed in the next version.

(I'm still confused about the changed editions since V14)
But my EA 14.1.1427 with an "old" Corporate Edition license can easily "publish a diagram as UML profile".
I am doing this regularly in the past few days.

From a diagram yes, but not from a package anymore.

There is an additional issue with Build 1427 (already reported to Sparx) which make it unusable to me at least.

As soon as I save my workspace layout with a name and then reload it, then I can no longer save a UML profile without loosing the default stereotype colors.

If I delete the registry keys EA400/EA1405Workspace then it works again. But I loose my workspace.
