[Cloud] Prolaborate Cloud - What Customer does?

The following are the prerequisites:
1. The EA database(s), which you want to add to Prolaborate, should be accessible from Prolaborate app server i.e., database port should be open
2. A database user with appropriate permissions should be present for each EA database. This is needed for EA repository configuration. Note Active Directory credentials cannot be used
3. Users should be able to access Prolaborate through any recommended browser
