[Troubleshoot] Sharing log files for analysis

Please follow these steps:

If you are using Prolaborate V3.3 or below:

 1. Go to the following locations and delete all the log files:
         a. Error logs -C:\Program Files (x86)\Prolaborate\WebApplication\VirtualAssets\ErrorLogs
         b. Pro Cloud Server logs- C:\Program Files (x86)\Sparx Systems\Pro Cloud Server\Service\Logs
         c. Engine logs -C:\Program Files (x86)\Prolaborate\Engine\EnginePCSLogs
         d. SAML logs - C:\logs\SAML (Required only during Single Sign On issue)

 2. Go to the pages where you see issues
 3. Go back to above folders again and share the log files that are created

If you are using Prolaborate V3.4 or above:

 1. Go to the Prolaborate logs folder  - C:\Program Files (x86)\Prolaborate\ProlaborateLogs and delete the log files from the following folders
        a. Engine PCS Logs
        b. Error Logs
        c. SAML SSO Error Logs  (Required only during Single Sign On issue)

 2. Go to Pro Cloud Server Logs folder- C:\Program Files (x86)\Sparx Systems\Pro Cloud Server\Service\Logs and delete the log files
 3. Go to the pages where you see issues
 4. Go back to above folders again and share the log files that are created
