I have a diagram (diagram A) with a number of elements and relationships, and have dropped it into another diagram (diagram B) containing other elements and relationships. There are relationships between elements in diagram A and elements in diagram B, I cannot get Sparx EA to show any of the relationships. Am I missing something?

Is it possible on Sparx EA V13 (our current production environment) to show relationship between elements inside a diagram frame and elements outside the diagram frame?

You are missing nothing. Dropping a diagram creates a new instance of a diagram object. You can only relate to that object, not its contents.

Thanks qwerty. The diagram instance is of course read-only/not editable. Pity, real pity, because it would be great if the functionality described in my post was available.

I wouldn't ask the question about asking for feature request, because I know the answer. Hopefully, Sparx Systems is reading this and making a note.
