V15.1 Beta 4: Translation support for HTML generation

For EA 15.1, translation support.
- When generating HTML, it should be possible to select the language the generated HTML should be generated in, from the languages specified in Project Options.
- If an element is not translated, it should be possible to specify if the default language should be used, or an error/entry should be generated in the HTML generation report.

The Ideal solution would be an update to the HTML generator, so you could switch between languages in the generated HTML version.
