Diagram font corrupted for DOCX generation with ultrawide monitor setup

I trying to generate DOCX format documentation via EA 14.0.1423. The font in all diagrams is corrupted, it looks like the letter spacing is negative!

A PDF of the same export generates the diagrams correctly.

The monitor resolution is 5760 x 1080 (Triple-wide Full-HD Intel Combined Desktop).

If I switch the monitor resolution to 3 x Full-HD or a single Full-HD then the DOCX generated diagrams are correct.

I cannot find any settings that would effect this and switching monitor modes is not convenient. I cannot change EA version, as this is the version available from our IT shop.

Does anyone have any ideas?
