Cloud hosting prerequisites with Amazon and Azure

Hi,
For clients who already have an AWS or Azure account, can you clarify the products they need for Prolaborate and the PCS?

For Azure, I found the following products:
- Web Apps | https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/services/app-service/web/
- Prolaborate + EA DB on Azure SQL |  https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/services/azure-sql/ *2

For AWS, I found:
- https://aws.amazon.com/ec2/ for the Application Server instance
- Prolaborate + EA DB on Amazon Relational Database Service (RDS) * 2

Can you confirm or amend the required products to run the PCS + Prolaborate?

For AWS, we use a combination of EC2 and MySQL RDS. Just one RDS!

For Azure, we use a combination of VM and MySQL database.
