How to: People (in org. diagram) can be connected to bpmn activity responsible

Please advise:

Is it possible to do the following in EA: connect People (in organizational diagram) to bpmn activity responsible. Somehow ad (maybe in custom tag) a responsible person or organizational department to an activity, in a way that the person for that is coming from a list from organizational chart (which is created in EA organizational diagram (possibly Organization Viewpoint / Archimate ?)

Sure, we use a «trace» relation to do that.

We use the relationship matrix with a RASCI overlay to manage the relations.

Hi Geert!

It works perfectly, as you have mentioned. One extension to that for others is that it is usefull to collect actor elements on the diagram to a specific layer, so it can be turned on/off, by that visibility can be improved. (with all actors and relations the diagram can become overcrowded.)
