We are setting up multiple scenarios for a somewhat complex BPMN procedure with many gateways (in this case 10).  Each gateway has expressions providing the guards on each outgoing sequence flow.
We run the scenario by using a script activity as the higher-level setup, which then calls the "Process Under Simulation" via an invocation.  The script property has only 255 characters (since it's a value in a tag).  That's not enough characters to set up the requisite number of pre-conditions (none are able to be calculated within the process).  How do we get around this?  I am loathed using multiple setup activities if I could avoid it.

TIA,
Paolo

Inconsistently correct systems DON'T EXIST!
... Therefore, aim for consistency; in the expectation of achieving correctness....
