Hi, new to a Data Architect role and have been provided with Sparx EA (Corporate Edition). I was wondering if anyone had any pointers on documentation to read as a starting point for this tool? Many thanks all.

If you are just beginning with Sparx Enterprise Architect, I suggest you watch the webinar by Ian Mitchell from the 2022 Global Summit. It will help you avoid the common pitfall of overcomplicating your model and making it hard to maintain. You should only include what is relevant and useful for your project and stakeholders.

Data harvesting is a useful feature that can make your model more accurate and easier to update. However, before you use it, you should have a clear idea of what you want to achieve with your model and how it will benefit your audience. A Sparx consultant can assist you with this and advise you on the best practices and technologies to use with Sparx Enterprise Architect.
