Allow Calculated Tagged Values in MDGs

I suggest that it should be possible to create a tagged value in an MDG that are calculated fields rather than having to rely on scripts.

For example say I create a stereotype called Application and I want to use the Gartner TIME Framework to assess the application for Business Fitness as part of Application Portfolio Management, I would have the following tagged values that can accept a value from 1 to 5:
Business Fit
Information Quality
Future Potential

The weightings for these are 35%, 35% and 30% respectively.
I would like to be able to add an attribute to the stereotype (thus a tagged value):

Business Fitness =([Business Fit] * 35 + [Information Quality] + [Future Potential])/100
