Display package content
« on: March 20, 2025, 09:48:22 pm »
Hello,

I'm trying, without any success, to display in a class diagram a package with its detailed content. I do no want see only the class names, but the full class. And possibly inner packages with their content.

How to do that ? Thanks.

Add the package, and then add it's contents.
There is no "automatic" option.

Alternative is to use the option "Open package in | List View" as an alternative, but if you want a real diagrams, you'll need to make it yourself.

Add the package, and then add it's contents.

What do you mean ?
If I drag & drop the package, the inner classes are displayed as a list.
If I drag & drop the classes in the diagram, inside the package borders, EA doesn't "put" them inside as sub-elements.

You can turn off the "show package contents"
