How to name extension points?

How should i name extension points in a use-case? In a RUP Use case specification there is a description of each extension point that describes where in the flow the extension point occur. However, in EA you can only enter a name of the extension point. Does anyone have a example how to describe where the extension point occur without use a long and complex name?
