MDG / UML profile Sync Dialogue Confusing

When synching profile elements via a right-click the resulting dialogue box allows the user to initiate a sync of the stereotype definition wrt attributes, tagged values etc - very useful.

The dialogue is confusing, however:-
1) initially click on OK and lots of things seem to happen. It isn't obvious whether changes have been committed or not
2) It then still presents the OK / Cancel selection. If OK is clicked the box content clears but isn't dismissed. Given 1) it isn't obvious that changes can be avoided/rolled-back or whether Cancel is simply the means for dismissing the dialogue.

I'd have hoped that on 'Sync' it would show me the list of changes it will apply if given the go-ahead and I then get asked for OK (Commit and close) or Cancel (roll-back and close).
