Notes don't get moved on Layout command

I've just noticed on build 857 that Notes don't get moved when you issue a layout command.

I don't recall that being the case before - but I'd have to admit I wasn't looking too hard...

Is it a bug or has it always been so?

Has been this way ever since. Probably a bit tricky to layout notes, but why not treat them as "up the element" or "somewhere nearby where is space"? Worth a feature request.

Agreed, it's tricky to layout notes.  Especially those that aren't linked to elements (by Notelinks or other means).

I'll put a feature request in later...
