Problem trying to set a section to Landscape mode

Version info:
EA 9.2.921
Windows 7

Goal: Set a section of a report template to be in Landscape mode

Repro steps:

1. Put cursor where you want the landscape section to start
2. Insert Section Break using right-click menu
3. Put cursor where you want the landscape section to end
4. Insert Section Break using right-click menu
5. Put cursor somewhere between the two section breaks
6. Edit Section and set to landscape using right-click menu

EXPECTED RESULT
That section and only that section is in Landscape mode

ACTUAL RESULT
Not consistent but sometimes from that point forward the entire document is in Landscape mode. Or from that point to top of document is in Landscape mode. Or the entire document is in Landscape mode.

Related issues:
-Can't see the section breaks; even with Page Layout View
-Therefore, can't delete section breaks
-Hard to know where to put section breaks: Right where a model section starts? Right at a section header (text) where you want the section to start?
