1. What version of Enterprise Architect is used throughout the webinar?

2. Are there send signal actions and events receptions in state machines so that one class can send a signal to another class that has an event reception?

This can be done in an Activity diagram, but not directly in a StateMachine. So it requires the use of Activity models. You would need to use the entry/do/exit behavior of a State to call an Activity moedl that provides those actions.

3. Can I address an absolute memory location in the underlying computer from within a state?

Not all languages that can be generated out do support this type of reference. However, if you are generating out code for a language that allows you to do that, then yes.
