Property

A BPMN 2.0 Property is mapped to a BPEL 2.0 Variable and occurs in the context of a Process or Sub-Process, as does a Data Object.

However, unlike a Data Object, a Property is not displayed on a BPEL diagram. Enterprise Architect supports Properties on BPMN 2.0 BPEL and BPMN 2.0 Activity elements.
